This is one of the best PORK restaurant I would like to STRONGLY recommended to you all. The Champ Kitchen is located in Kepong – Taman Perindustrian KIP. It actually located nearby one of my friend house there. I used to pass the place but I did not notice this restaurant. Okay enough story let’s talk about Food~
How good is the pork? Let’s start with the best PORK “Hand” / “Leg” AKA Pork Knuckle, I also not sure which part is correct. But it is the definite dish you have to try in this restaurant.
See the above big pot? It can cook about 160 pieces of pork knuckles inside here. It takes 72 hours or 3 days to cook the pork knuckles so you can imagine how delicious is the pork knuckles!
I know one thing everyone will ask when you enter the shop. Here I posted here so your guys can stop find it 😀
I am sure when you read along the photos you will 101% feel hungry~
The food is tasty and the portion is big! The Champ Kitchen is suitable for family dinner or gathering place. They provide varieties choices of food such as rice and noodle. Please do make a booking before you come to avoid disappointment.

It can be from EASIYO yogurt or you can purchase a cup of yogury. You just need a spoon of yogurt to make a litre of yogurt.
2. Fresh milk / Dairy milk
3. Follow what EASIYO step
Boil your hot water, and keep it for 12-15 hours… wait for your yogurt!
Yummy Yogurt ready to serve
After 13 hours of waiting (not really waiting…) This is how’s it look like.
This is how you make a yogurt without any electronic device and simple enough! Fresh milk compare EASIYO package is really big different in price. However the texture and sweetest also different. Personally EASIYO definitely taste better, but I can’t always afford it.
I found another YouTube video use EASIYO to make yogurt (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HCI8Jx9yhA), but I think her step is complicated. If anyone of you use her method please let me know what is the different in term of taste and texture.

Looking for the best Char Siu? I think for food there is no the best in all. But the best to suite your taste. So I am going to share my personal taste regarding this Toast & Roast Restaurant.
I think anyone of you passing by this restaurant first impression by the billboard of the restaurant name you won’t think about this is a Chinese restaurant. Indeed, this is one of the best Char Siu restaurant in town. (Don’t get cheated by the outlook)
This restaurant is famous with Char Siu. It is called Glass Char Siu. Why called Glass? It is because it is so crunchy outside and inside is soft.
They are so professional to make sure each customer to have the fair amount of Char Siu. What they do? They use scale to make sure! LOL…
Hakka Mee and Glass Char Siu
I ordered Hakka Mee + Char Siu.
Special Drink called Anything
If you out of idea to ask for drink. They have something for you called “Anything”

From the official statement said that Dubbed ‘Bas Selangorku’, the service will utilise a total of 11 Rapid KL buses with four operating in Subang Jaya at a frequency of 15 minutes from 6 am to 10 pm daily.
My personal observation I think every 30 minutes. The common problem for Malaysia public transport is punctuality. We have no idea the bus is coming or it just leave. Should I wait there, or I should leave?
Anyway, this is a free bus services provided by Selangor government. We appreciate this services. But if they can improve the services e.g Provide an app to trace the bus schedule or trace the bus location by installing each bus having a build in GPS.
On 21 Jul 2015, my battery was dead… It was happened when I finished my work and planning went to prayer meeting. It just “tak tak tak”, can’t start @@
I manage to contact my previous battery suppliers – Vin Battery Suppliers which is a young nice guy!
The only problem on that day was Raya Monday Vin Battery said that a lot of their staff was on leave. So only part-time worker to do the work, so there was a big delay. It took about 1 hour++ for the whole process.
About 7:15PM – Make order and confirmed via Whatsapp. I ordered Century Maintain Battery (Water Battery)
7:45PM – Part Time worker called and only depart from Old Klang Road.
8:22PM – Reached Subang Jaya to replace my battery.
Mystery about Big car cannot jump start small car battery
I manage to contact one of my church friend to help to jump start my car. His car is Toyota Camry 2.2L. My car is Saga BLM 1.3L. We tried to jump start but no successful. I was so worried that was not battery issue but starter issue… Thanks God that once the battery was replaced it was able to start the car.
According to the part-time worker explanation. He said only 2 possibilities.
1. The connection between 2 cars did not connect correctly.
2. Big car’s battery cannot jump start small’s car battery. This was the first time both of us heard about this theory. But I searched online did not found any information regarding this. Anyone expert in this area maybe can reply on this post.
This year hari raya I was having Life Group (LG) retreat with my group member to Melaka.
We depart about 10am from Petaling Jaya to Melaka took about 2 hours. At the middle of the journey there was a minor accident that cause us delay about 20minutes. I was asking WHY JAM? Waze did not show any accident report. But once it nearly reach the accident point, it just said “Accident Reported”, I was like …zzz
Once we reached in Melaka we cannot wait to taste the local food. Our first destination was Pork Satay!
Melaka Pork & Chicken Satay – Xiang Ji Satay House (Jonker Satay)
Personally I prefer chicken satay compare to pork satay. Chicken satay meat is more soft compare pork satay. One stick is cost RM0.80, we had ordered about 30 stick to try out.
Recommend Dish: Chicken Satay Will I Coming back again: If friend want to come can follow. Crowd: So So Cleanliness: Moderate Service: Moderate Category: Non-Halal

After we had our satay, we feel a bit hungry. Our friend’s mother recommended us went to a local Chinese restaurant to have our late lunch.
Nyonya Chicken Restaurant Tanasia
We ordered 1 Nyonya Chicken and 1 SinChew Fried Mee Hun.
I did not took SinChew Fried Mee Hun photo, I think it pretty common for Malaysia food… LoL..
After ordered these 2 dishes, we were still not enough. We ordered another plate of Hokkien Mee.

After took the heavy late lunch, we plan to visit Upside Down House Gallery Melaka but the queue really really LONG!!! We gave up and go back take a rest for night Jonker Street Walk!
White color Wan Tan Mee – Hong Seng WTM
Before we went to Jonker Street, we went to Hong Seng WTM. What is WTM? Actually it means WanTanMee, LoL..
Recommend Dish: Wan Tan Mee Will I Coming back again: If friend want to come can bring them also Crowd: Yes Cleanliness: Moderate Service: Moderate Category: Non-Halal
GPS Coordinates: 2.196655, 102.253363333333
After we had the WanTanMee, it’s the time for Jonker Street. FIRST THING FIRST, DO NOT SIMPLY PARK!
We did one way walk to the Jonker street. Great dancing performance that I did not enjoy very much. LoL… The street is so clouded and jam. So beware your own belonging and bring one portable fan.
At the end or beginning of the street depend you start from which side. There is a hot selling coconut stall.
After Jonker Street walk, we went to a coffee shop. By the way, I am not a coffee lover. Just for a knowledge and visit. LOL…
Calanthe Art Cafe – Malaysia 13 States’ Coffees
We enjoyed talking and fellowship in this place. This is a definitely a good place to hangout together. Environment is good and also hard to find seat. If you come with a big gang, it is hard to arrange everyone in one table.
That’s all for the 1st day. Next day we will enjoy more Melaka food. Stay tune!
Final post for the year end! Solution for your if you having proton saga classic problem.. LOL.. I can’t push my windows down, the button is not working…zzz…
Last 2 days finally my Saga BLM 2008 version is having Proton Classic Problem which is Power Windows Malfunction. Thank God it is just a button or switch issue, the motor everything is fine. The part number is called PW855376.
This was taken when I switched the button. (My baby daughter was cheering me up:) Just kidding…)
My car already 5 years and problem starting come one by one. I went to Online check about this part PW855376 cost about RM52.72 (Source: http://www.scribd.com/doc/238615010/130233996-Saga-BLM-1-3-asdB-Line-a-Spare-Parts-Price-List#scribd)
Dunno why I got the boldness to have a try to open it up and fix it myself. If it just a button issue, I may just switch between the button, because driver side window button is important for me to use for Touch n Go, Pay Tol, Parking, and etc.. So just one screw to open up.
The cover is so so so hard to open it. I not sure why it is so tight… I was tried to open it using about 20 minutes until reached the following step. I am not a electronic engineer, but I can see this is a very simple board and does not feel like it worth for RM52++ … Let me know what you think about this..
Tear Down Time…
I brought the whole part to home and starting the tear down project. In order for me to switch the two buttons, I have to take out three parts.
1. Bottom Cover – Which is the easiest part
2. The Electronic Board, The upper disable passenger mirror button need to remove out first. But it came out when I take out the electronic board.
3. The casing stick between handle.
I was taking so long to remove the cover.. I don’t why it fixed so tight… Even I broke the plastic still took me a lot of effort to remove it.
As I assembled back to my car. It worked as what I expected! Thank God!
Thank you for reading. If you would like to do it, please please please safety first, and by your own risk. Happy New Year 2015!!!
